UAE Etisalat Network Modernization Project (2G Swap, 3G, LTE Rollout and Expansion)
Huawei Technologies - The Biggest Huawei project in the Middle East region- Level “A” Project.

The project involves swapping of 2G (G900 and G1800) Motorola/Ericsson/Alcatel equipment with Huawei BTS3900, Rollout and Expansion of 3G (U900 and U2100) and LTE (800 and 1800) for more than 6000 sites across the UAE including all sites type

(Inside Building Sites - IBS, Macro & Micro sites).

Responsibilities:

§ Supervising and managing subcontractors on-site installation according to agreed standards such as installation of Jumpers, Feeders, Power cables, Fiber cables, Hybrid couplers, Combiners, Duplexers, Triplexers, Splitters, TMA and BTS equipment such as TP4860C, OMB, Minishelter, APM30H, UBRI, WBBP, UMPT and LBBP.
§ Reviewing site survey reports (TSSR) to maintain site is installed as per the site solution.
§ Escalating any issue which requires customer involvement such as DAS modification, Antenna installation, Delta Stand or RRU rack installation, change of project solution and Transmission.
§ Commissioning and integration of new sites using Scripts, and MML commands.
§ Configuring and testing EXTERNAL ALARMS after integration.

Implementation coordinator-LTE Project- DXB region
Dec 2014 - Mar 2015 (3 months) United Arab Emirates.
LTE-Etisalat Project -Upgrade of 80 LTE sites in DXB region. 

Responsibilities:

§ Responsible to manage the subcontractors and site engineers for the rollout activities of Huawei new LTE sites to assure sites are on air within the defined outage time.
§ Preparing SWAP Plans for the teams.
§ Training, support in technical issues and controlling the performance of new site engineers to ensure the implementation progress is moving as per required by upper management.
§ Coordinating with Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth process of Material inbound/outbound as per created Material Requests (MR). Ensuring Site-wise installation plan is met on daily basis.
§ Coordination with OMC to troubleshoot fault in Site Scripts new sites having variable RAN Scenario GO, UO, GL, G+U and GL+U

Regional QC Engineer & Acceptance Interfacing Coordinator with Etisalat- NE Region
