✓ New Markets/ Customers: Developing new markets and customer to enhance sales and Market Share.
✓ Strategy Input: Providing input on sales/ product strategies for formulating business and sales strategies.
✓ Key Accounts: Managing key accounts or to ensure the superior service and customer loyalty.
✓ Products/ Market Awareness: Increasing awareness on products and markets among the sales team to meet customer's needs and exploit market opportunities.
✓ Human Resource Management: Deploying sales staff through on-job-training and coaching, and managing their performance to ensure the required levels of competence and productivity.
✓ Providing prompt feedback to the management about key issues, opportunities and market changes, to ensure that it is analyzed, communicated and acted upon in a competitive and timely fashion.
✓ Creating and Setting a motivation contest.

✓ Designing, proposing & sitting of the Commission structure for personal loan sales unit, Cr.C, Auto Loans, & liabilities cross sell products
