Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by
initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts; reconciling
with system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and
implementing new design layouts.
- Inspecting equipment issuing work orders for repair and requisitions
for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget;
scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective
actions.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and
training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and
disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job
results.
- Improve efficiency.
Data gathering, Data Analysis, determine requirements, share information with stakeholders, ensure that project is running within the scope and preset timeline,
as most of the warehouse transaction was running manually me and my team was assigned to translate the manual warehouse transactions into the system such as:
- Post Stock into system (New Shipment 'GRN', Return Goods and Transfers from branches).
- Reconciliations.
- Generate Discrepancy Reports.
- Prepare required insurance documents in case of damages.
- Prepare all sales orders 'Piece Pick'.
- Prepare all branch to branch transfers 'Bulk Pick'.
- Managing Dispatching Stage.
- Quality Check to ensure all orders has been prepared matching all item attributes requested in sales order.
- Prepare routs.
- Prepare Manifests.
- POD follow up.
- Fleet Management.
