Construct maintenance and technical services division (MTS) for Al
Kuhaimi Metal industries to serve clients and projects for the Co.
▪ Initiating new online system connect all divisions and sales with MTS to
track projects and maintenance requests done by sales or managers
▪ Re-structuring staffs and technicians available in the company, assign new
staff and engineers as per Areas requirements (Eastern area, central area
and western area) with new technicians and issuing division organization
chart that manage the job role for each employee
▪ launch new project management office (PMO) inside division to monitor
all required materials inspection before delivery, monitor the installation
and maintenance jobs around KSA, deal with sub-contractors and
contractor to achieve projects requirements, applying all PMP
requirements to increase productivity of the division, in addition generate
new forms that handle all projects, installation and maintenance jobs
around KSA
▪ Qualify the technicians of division to be certified to comply all projects
requirement in KSA which need it in ARAMCO and other governmental
sector in KSA
▪ Generate new central online store for MTS division that control all tools,
consumables materials, machines, etc. used for Al Kuhaimi metal
industries projects and close all old stores in all areas which subjected to
materials lost and damaged.
▪ Starting new Media center inside Al Kuhaimi Metal industries, that
showing all projects done by company through MTS division, these
pictures and videos are also utilized by marketing dept. in the company for
their presentations, web-site and social Media
▪ Develop and Manage all petty cash and sub-contractor agreement by
issuing new sub-contractor registration portal, new sub-contract
agreement, dividing petty cash as per area requirements and connect
petty cash with supply chain dept. for more easy projects cash flow to
avoid any delay
▪ Increasing productivity - new tools and new invention tool and online site
survey
▪ Establishing new control center and free call No. for division and connect
all maintenance and installation cars with GPS system to improve client
service and direct the teams based on receiving calls or complaints from
client
▪ Converting services to online - all installation and maintenance request,
maintenance and installation quotations, handing over certificates,
warranty certificate are converted from manual to online to increase
productivity of the jobs
▪ Execute New KPI System for technicians (100 technicians) and staff (21
engineers and staff) to evaluate achievement at the end of the year
▪ Issuing manuals and catalogs for all Kuhaimi products which include
installation, operation, maintenance, risk assessment, method of
statement, etc.
▪ Adjust salaries and overtimes system for technicians to be granted based
on achievements not as extra hrs. worked
▪ Enhance income of maintenance sales by issuing new maintenance
contracts with ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, MAADEN, MOD, and many
mega clients in KSA
▪ Preparing reports, budgets, and forecasting for top management and
quarter report for all jobs and maintenance done
▪ Organize the training scheme for staff and technicians to reflect on their
productivity and company at all
▪ Increased customer positive reviews by 75% by efficiently problem-solving
and fixing appliance issues.
▪ Estimated costs, scheduling requirements and labor needs to achieve all
jobs on time
▪ Monitor all jobs, meeting with contractors to establish installation plan
and tracking sheet to make sure that plan and installation will be done as
per client requirement

and control labors in the sites
