I work in UCIC in electrical maintenance section, Job Role:
• Dealing with PLC-S7-300, PLC S7-200 programming and troubleshooting.
• Dealing with different type of Drives such as Siemens, parker from where Programs and troubleshooting.
• Receiving electrical malfunctions through the Work Request Slip and follow them with maintenance technicians.
• Documenting malfunctions hardcopy and computerized with specific Maintenance Program.
• Writing routine maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance by machine’s Manual.
• Documenting Routine Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance with Specific tables for each machine.
• Do routine maintenance and preventive and follow-up machines stops to ensure fewer stops machine.
• The work of the ISO 9001 program.
• Write monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Follow-up spare parts aphid to ensure there is no shortage of spare used.
• Follow repeated breakdowns and examine ways of reducing them.
• Writing reports regarding the Major Break Down for machines.
I worked in kibar industry which produce sandwich panels, so the production line consist of steel forming machine, foam dosing machine, cutting machine and cooling, my job is supervising the materials from the beginning of line to the end of line, maintainance the machines, writing reports and quality control of the product
I worked in production department which deals with production lines which consist of machines (Body maker, washer and decorator), my job is operate and maintain the body maker, Cupper and trimmer, write the daily report, do some tests to ensure product quality and maintain the machines daily, monthly and annual.
