Visiting existing high volume customers in territory and obtain confirmed purchase orders; and communicate the sales team to execute the delivery.
Customer acquisition by visiting new potential outlets and engage in activites to convert the competitor outlets to Jeema.
Assisting allotted sales team for daily achievements, LPO and gate-pass procedures and managing the allocated routes and team on daily basis.
gathering competitor activities in the market, communicate to Head of Sales with suggestions and action plans, and execute counter measures to combat competition.
Meeting key executives in existing outlets, discussing possible promotion drives and following up the implementation of the same.

Visit existing high volume customers in territory and obtain confirmed purchase orders; and ensure execution of timely delivery buy logistics team.
Identify new and non-serving customers in route and introduce products to them for increasing the customer base and coverage.
Follow-up the ageing of accounts payable with the customers for timely recovery of dues and report any delinquent cases for taking corrective / legal measures for recovery.
Gather information on competitors’ activities in the market and communicate to the Area Sales Supervisor with suggestions to enable management to take counter measures to combat competitors' initiatives.
Support marketing initiative for implementing promotional activities and successful execution.

Route riding and strengthening customer relations.
Verifying customer outstanding balances and contractual commitments.
Ensuring availability of products and company branded equipments in the market.
Issue route riding reports to management, follow up and ensure action plans against observations.
Performing risk assessment, providing recommendations and suggestions on best practices and areas of enhancement.
Issuing assurance reports to management by observing month-end stock counts and reconciliations followed by surprise visits.
Performing special tasks on request from management to ensure code of business ethics and conduct.

Arranging cash collection from branches and coordinating for regular deposits.
Monitoring upcoming payments, PDC clearance report, and government and staff documents validity.
Preparing target achievement reports, staff incentive pay-outs, staff allocation for branches, overtime calculations and monthly payroll preparation duties.
Arranging travel tickets for new recruits and regular staff vacation.
