• Manage End-to-end logistics activities (Fleet, Warehouses, Transportation, inbound and outbound Customs, Logistics Export, distribution planning) of total indirect FTE Staff 300 individuals and direct Reporters 8
• Organize, plan, direct, evaluate the operations and budget of a logistics department and logistic services companies.
• Develop a strategic medium and long term plans of future expansions in the warehouses, transportation, and Fleet relying on the business future growth.

• emphasizing the Preventive and Corrective maintenance of the fleet been executed correctly on time with the optimum cost.
• perform a successful relationship management with key Suppliers and services providers (3pl’s) including sourcing new and reviewing the existing, sourcing analysis, negotiations, services agreement to be on track with the company's budget and goals.
• Maintaining a customer satisfaction by tracking deliveries and promptly advising the customer service team of delays
• Maintaining the right stocks level as per company strategy in all depots all the time
• Managing the inbound and outbound customs clearance adherence and ensuring that the daily delivery plans are executed correctly without violation.
• Drive effective follow up with the customs teams of the exemptions process, SFDA registrations and renewal licenses, SABER requirements and registrations
• Introducing mandatory, ongoing safety training for Logistics & Fleet and ensuring adherence through reliable KPI’s.
• Establish & control a set of KPI’s to manage the logistics costs and throughputs.
• Lead and support the team in developing, documenting, and implementing policies, processes, procedures, and changes.
Manage the End-to-end logistics activities around KSA & GCC. Ensuring The Right product is delivered to the Right Customers at the Right Time in the Right condition with the Right quality with the optimum cost
• Overseeing an integrated operations of workforce 350 individuals under five departments (Transportation, Warehouses, Fleet and Facilities, inventory management & distribution planning, Customs Clearance)
• driving effective decision making and managing cross functional initiatives as the functional lead for the shared service.
• Streamline the delivery and warehouses processes to enhance operational productivity and overall traceability
• Develop the strategic plans of warehouses, transportation, and Fleet by having short- and medium-term expansion plans based on the business needs
• Oversee 250 Mln SAR inventory distributed on 24 site locations around KSA & GCC with total square meter \[50K\]
• Oversees and manages cycle counts with warehouses team to ensure accuracy as per SOPs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of space utilization and revise the layout thus improving the storage capacity
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

• Ensure customer orders are delivered with a 99.8 % (OTIF) of Local & offshore shipments
