•Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels.
•To control and adjust air in aeration tank.
•Maintains shift log and records meter and gauge readings.
•Collects samples and performs routine chemical dozing in process.
•Involved in the troubleshooting and start up activities.
•Process by Sequence batch reactor.
Organization : M/s. Vijay Cements, Trichy.
Testing in IST, FST, Days Strength and Residue for grinding and packing Cement.
•Able to perform all Process Control lab tests.
•Properly maintain the Log Sheet and report of testing results.
•Analyze the quality of the raw materials.
To analyze and understand the manufacturing process of Rice Bran Oil.
