•Allocate duties to staff for completing warehouse activities for cargo, courier and mail ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
•Ensure timely handover of warehouse manifest to import documentation office for system update.
•Ensure prioritization of all special handling cargo immediately on arrival to avoid any delays and claims to the consignees; ensure processing of special cargo as per regulations.
•Receive discrepancy reports from cargo operators on short landed, over landed, damaged or pilfered cargo; tracing necessary information and inform customer services on follow up
•Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
•Provides written reports in the appropriate medium as per schedules and documentation for all required matters

•Assist walk-in customers and agents in proper booking the consignment and verify the packing, marking and weight on the goods/AWB before acceptance and properly manifested as per sales planning.
•Planning the cargo for the base flights in coordination with the CLC and PAX load
•Ensure proper documentation and reports generated for outbound, proper loading /unload from aircraft as per priority
•Ensure incoming cargo is properly segregated and delivered to consignee with all relevant documents
