3- Handling sundries requests ( internal transfers, outgoing transfers, TD/CD issuance and redemption, issuance all kinds of bank drafts )
4- Maintains knowledge of Bank products and services.
5- Maintains an awareness of new business opportunities with customers; actively
refers customers to appropriate customer service personnel.
6- Guiding new tellers to start them to start as professional tellers
7- Monitors and maintains an approved level of cash for Tellers; turns in excess
8- and mutilated cash.
9- Prepares daily settlement and proof of cash transactions; balances cash drawer
accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
10- Balances general ledger accounts related to the paying and receiving function,
e.g., Utilities, EE Bonds, Coin, etc.
11- Maintains and balances inventory of Travel Cards.
12- Maintains and balances inventory of Coin Program
