• Supervising the activities of collections on daily basis by making and verifying daily schedules of collection plan and conducting daily reviews with concerned bill collector and Executives.
• Assessing the credit worthiness and credibility of each dealer on periodical basis to minimize bad debts.
• Monitoring and approving the approval process and other control activities so as to avoid any sticky issues. Also involve giving necessary instruction to hold the orders of chronic defaulters.
• Making frequent Follow-up and interaction with key dealers/customer by making phone calls and regular visit also involve meeting with middle management of that dealers to sort out any issues related thereon.
• Checking and authorizing of Green copy of Invoice duly submitted by bill collector after payment collection. Also authorize the same by checking and verifying the credit period assigned to each dealers and discounts offered conforming to divisional
• .Daily review of outstanding and short payment details with the immediate supervisor and giving the daily report and timely escalation to dealers and sales person.
• Reconciliation of outstanding statement with dealer statement on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Monthly submission of MIS to Line manager.
• Closely monitoring the cash received at branch and deposition of cash to bank on day to day basis.
• Keeping track of short payment/invoice submission and document recording.
• Bank Reconiliation of payment on day to day basis.
• Approval of Order monitoring.
