KeyDeliverables:
• Conduct Third Party Inspection (TPI) for water supply infrastructure projects
under Jal Jeevan Mission.
• Verify quality of construction materials, workmanship, pipelines, reservoirs,
pumping systems, and associated civil structures.
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality
plans, and construction methodologies.
• Review laboratory test reports and conduct periodic material testing to ensure
adherence to project standards.
• Perform factory inspections of equipment, electromechanical components, and
construction materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports highlighting physical and
financial project status.
• Participate in joint measurements and support interim and final bill certification
processes.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and recommend
corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labour regulations during
project execution.
• Conduct inspections during defect liability periods and support resolution of
identified defects.

• Supervised construction activities from foundation works through structural and finishing stages.
• Monitored RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete placement, masonry, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensured compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepared BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and procurement plans.
• Coordinated with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
