Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing all the activities at site.
• Planning overall construction work in weekly and
monthly basis.
• Prepare BBS for the structural elements.
• Proper execution of work as per given Architectural &
Structural Drawings.
• Ensure and maintain high quality standards.
• Responsible for discipline & to look after all works carried out
according to specification.
• Handling works with a team, clients, sub-contractors.
• Ensure all the safety requirements on site.
• Prepare work report and submit to the project manager & highlight the
problems effecting progress on site.
• Taking out quantities of elements using Ms Excel.
• Coordination with subcontractors with smooth flow
• Supervision\Execution, checking and assuring that the construction is
as per final design issued for construction and project specifications.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material
• Good working experience on Autocad and Revit.
• Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Prepare BBS for the structural member.
• Taking care of all the works to be implemented according to the
drawings and proper checklists are maintained.
