• Inspecting and finalizing the materials received.
• Reviewing In-Process Machining and Assembly Inspections.
• Attend Internal/External Audits and resolve any Non-Conformities raised by Auditors.
• Reviewing/Verifying Instrumental calibration and coordinating with agency for re-calibration of instruments.
• PMI inspection on the different materials as per the ITP requirement & trained in operation of the Instrument, Performing Analysis & Data processing, Utilities of Spectro OES software & Maintenance of the Instrument.
• Inspecting the skid/assembly during in process welding & machining.
• Observing safety requirements of the workers on shop floor.
• Weld & blasting Inspection as per the Approved paint procedures.
• Inspection of the paint expiry & record Painting Inspection of the assemblies as per the standard requirements & Approved procedure.
• Progressive Compilation of Quality Dossiers.
• Demonstrate Witness In-Process & Final Inspections according to the customer approved General Arrangement drawings along with TPI as applicable.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Technical/Production team for closure of punch list comments raised during inspections.
• Complete packing Inspections as per the standard procedures.
