1. Reduced equipment repairing and maintenance cost by 50% by setting up an in-house
maintenance unit that responding on emergency
2. Develop Machine Preventive Plan in SAP to ensure spare part for critical components is
above MOQ

1. Ensure a consistent reliability trend for machinery and equipment installed at Asiaflex site.
Implement equipment maintenance systems and quality strategies to enhance machine
and equipment reliability, availability, and safety standards.
2. Ensure the successful setup and development of the maintenance management system,
ensure the achievement of the optimal life cycle of the plant machinery and equipment,
reduce maintenance costs, machine downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
3. Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Profiling line, spiraling line, winding
lines, Thermal Oil Heater
