 RFP preparation: this phase involved understanding of passenger revenue accounting process, system expectations and expected level of automation estimation. In order to close the revenue month faster and to provide revenue on the spot and up to minute for management decisions. This aims to automate the process within the department and to increase accuracy and eliminate human errors.Construction of detailed RFP and getting all related parties understanding and agreement on content.
 Response Evaluation: This phase involved evaluating vendors responses on paper, preparation of vendors questionnaire, and report result to management for technical and functional systems evaluation.
 System interfaces: assigned to define, design and manipulate system interfaces, this includes over all system interfaces and each individual interface in/out layouts including responses…etc.
 Testing manager: This includes defining system testing strategy and scenarios, assigning tasks and modules to teams and synchronization between teams to assure best benefit and high quality testing of system.
 oW testing: To coordinate with Finance the oW testing process and cases related complying with DRD requirements.
o Old Revenue Accounting:
 Lost Ticket Reporting: This module was made to integrate the revenue accounting lost reporting with ARINC for immediate reporting rather than waiting for end of month to do so.
 Used ET lifting: This module was build as interface with the revenue accounting system to reflect lifting of coupons automatically on system with reporting of daily performance and errors in case appeared for action with ability to switch between flights.
 ATB2 Data Capture: This application was build to read the magnetic stripe of the flown Tickets and analyze data to update the revenue accounting system of that coupon to reflect the change without user interference.
 Y2K conversion: This was to convert the revenue accounting system from the non-Y2K version to compliant and test it to assure compliance and data conversion and accuracy.
 System Customization: This phase was to imply one version for RJ and Syrian airlines of system to assure latest version is available for there use.
o Airport Services:
 Baggage Reconciliation System : The main objective is to assure that passenger and his bag where attached on the same flight, and to provide on the spot status of flight indicating mis-loaded or un-boarded passenger on flight in order to support last minute decision of unload and fast allocation of baggage. My role was to control outsource performance according to company requirements and needs within agreed duration.
 ET Check-in module: This application was developed to interface with liaison SETS for changing the passenger status upon checkin preventing any missuse of flight coupons.
 DCS Support: In this erea, I have experianced AS/400 technical support and system maintenance and preventive maintenance work and daily procedures.
o Amadeus Integration
 Technical evaluation: to check current interfaces in place and assure compliance with IATA standards and revenue systems capability to integrate
 System Changes: lead the requirements for changes within revenue accounting to be compatible with new interfaces of Amadeus to replace current SITA interfaces.
