Responsible for securing a 25 year Integrated Facility Management contract with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) for the J2 Jaber Al Ahmad PPP Mixed Development Project (120, 000 SQM)

Responsible for the setup of AWC Property Management Division
► Undertake the development, implementation, monitoring and
reporting of the AWC Property Management Division to meet the
strategic goals of the group.
► Manage and retain relationships with new and existing clients
► Provide advice to the Vice President on strategic planning and
business opportunities
► Involve in the M&A activities of the group
Head
Responsible for driving the business development strategies, enhances
the current portfolios and exploring new business opportunities.
► Lead the business development team, develop new and maintain
existing customer relationships worldwide

Responsible for driving the business development activities in the UAE,
Oman and Kuwait

Responsible for coordinating and managing eLearning training projects
► Manage Train and Place Scheme under the Ministry of Human Resources
