Developing and maintaining BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plans and other documentation. Ensuring protocols are adhered to. Managing data sets. Co-ordinating stakeholders in terms of their role within the BIM process.
• Generating MEP, ARC, STR Models, Combine Trade Models in Navisworks, confirm alignment of models are consistent and clash detection and resolution.
• Preparing lod100, 200, 300, 400, 500 drawings using Revit.
• Heat load ESP and pump head calculations.
• Equipment selections, fire and plumbing system design.
