• Review detail cost estimation for micro projects.
• Oversee implementation and closeout of projects within its time frame and strategies.
• Ensure that all counterparts (Pos, Staff, communities and authorities are well aware of project strategies and policies so that the level of misunderstanding is minimized.
• Oversee and review procurement plan for the projects.
• Review project progress/completion reports, in compliance with accuracy, timeframe and format so that Program Coordinator is able to submit timely and quality reports to the donors.
• To Supervise CPI staff and oversee provision of technical trainings
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance appraisals.
• Creation of a supportive and safe working environment for them.
• Ensure IOP’s are in place for who needed.
• Give assignments and approve scope of works for the related staff.
• Review field-monitoring reports and submit them on timely basis to the PM.
• Provide support when needed or requested by field staff including partners.
• Ensure that field staff visits all micro project sites along with the partner’s technical staff before approval of the sub projects.
• Recommend rewards or recognition as appreciate based on good performance.
• Manage field visits and in house technical training for field staff.
• Judge their improvement through review of community files; community analysis and monitoring report and baseline surveys etc
• Present data analysis to PC in time and accurate.
• Point out problems and suggest solution.
• Participate in preparation of new program budgets and work-plans.
• Ensure that community/Village files prepared as per program objectives.
• Ensure of feedbacks are received by the concerned staff.
