Working as an OnBase Developer and Administrator.
- Overall administration and development with OnBase tools like OnBase Client, Unity Client, OnBase
Configuration, OnBase Studio etc which includes following:
-- Document Type, Document Type Group, Keyword and Keyword Type Group, DIP Configuration.
--Security profile Configuration - Experience in setting security at document type group levels for user
groups with overriding privileges for Document Types and Security Context keywords to restrict
document access.
--Analysing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective
workflow design.
--Workflow Configuration and Administration using out of the box rules and actions and workflows
to implement actions/rules not readily available in OnBase.
--User's creation, assigning them different roles and privileges.
-- Unity forms creation and using it in various workflows.
-- Reporting Dashboard creation.
--Sending Email Notification
