1- Providing technical analysis for the current implemented HR, finance and supply chain applications in order to estimate the gap between the business requirement and the current implemented application to be covered with the new ERP

2- Providing technical consultation to improve the utilization of the HR system including developing new requirements

3- Designing and developing SMS messaging service and linking it with the HR system to enable HR users to communicate with the new applicant, exist employees along with automatic reminders
for the current employees (using Oracle 10g development tools)

4- Developing an integration between to MS active directory and the current HR system to ensure the data integrity and consistency among the organization
