1- Providing technical analysis for the current implemented HR, finance and supply chain applications in order to estimate the gap between the business requirement and the current implemented application to be covered with the new ERP
2- Providing technical consultation to improve the utilization of the HR system including developing new requirements
3- Designing and developing SMS messaging service and linking it with the HR system to enable HR users to communicate with the new applicant, exist employees along with automatic reminders
for the current employees (using Oracle 10g development tools)
4- Developing an integration between to MS active directory and the current HR system to ensure the data integrity and consistency among the organization
Activities: Implement HR applications at the customer site including all needed technical\business activities as below:
1- Gathering Information and analyzing business structure to ensure that the technical solution solves the business problem as an organic part of the organization's operational and functional baseline by Interviewing customers key users, management team and other stockholders
2- Create and execute action plans for the projects stages\phases
3- Held responsibility for the implementation of HR modules for the whole project life cycle
4- Define and implement policies\ rules for each customer to meet his requirements including developing needed program units also forms and reports, using Oracle development tools
5- Define the main setup of the application as a whole regardless the modules in the scope of the customer (users creations and responsibilities, global variables, lookups, dynamic paths)
6- Train non-technical staff (i.e. end users) at the client’s site, also the application administrator who will take the responsibility after the handover
7- Prepare and submit weekly and daily activity reports to the PM
