SOLUTION DESIGN
-Designed and helped deliver various enhancements to a data collection tool used by 300+ people in processing 4000+ documents. - Liaised with business owners and developers to define requirements, as well as come up with solutions to improve timeliness.
--Designed and delivered on an Auto Extraction algorithm, resulting in better extraction of data saving time and effort by up to 10%. - Came up with a solution based on existing extracted data to improve data extraction accuracy using business logics by 5%.
-Coordinated with multiple teams to ensure a new data source is smoothly integrated and collection is not interrupted.
-- End-to-end issue tracking; prioritized and scheduled 250+ issues identified by quality and development teams.
-- Help migrate all internal clients to a new Data source seamlessly enabling better timeliness and more control on documents issued.
-Helped resolve 200+ bugs for the legacy tools that were either obsolete or fixed over time but not cleared on the bug tracking system.
-- With an organizational push towards 0 bugs in tool’s, helped give a clear picture of current state and prioritized high-value bugs for developer’s concentrate on.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Led as the primary Business Analyst and Scrum Master for 3 different dataset’s for my team; cross-location and cross-function.
- Maintained complete stakeholder transparency by engaging in task-priority negotiations with internal client teams.
- Regularly engaged in cross-team conflict resolution and consensus building during prioritization meetings.
- Primary point of contact for any query’s for Estimates dataset from the Tech team as well as for the internal stakeholders.
PROJECT PLANNING
- Ensured 100% timely delivery by planning and maintaining timelines for the project’s assigned to the team.
- Managed priority planning and review processes for the team; achieving better quality with every project delivered.
- Led the team (across sprints) in allocation, planning and monitoring of development and QA resources in projects assigned.
