MAJOR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Preventive maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
•Repairs faulty Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and Plant.
•Routine checks and logs of the status of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment.
•Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment.
•Troubleshoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning equipment.
•Manage the safety of the Air Conditioning Plant rooms.
•Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed
MAJOR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Operation & maintenance of Bitzer compressor, Screw compressor
•Operation maintenance of cold store (-25 degree & -5degree) Blast Freezer (-40 degree) and Plate Freezer and Evaporative Condenser.
•Estimation of all kinds of cold and hot insulation.
• Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment.
• Operations of reciprocating screw type and centrifugal compressor. All micro processor based system, water cooled and air cooled.
•Pressure testing, Evacuating and refrigerant to up and charging package chiller.
•Maintenance and servicing of Window HV/ A/C and Split type/ A/C
REVIT MEP:
•Creating an MEP Project, Linking Projects, Creating and applying a view to Template.
•Planning Mechanical System: - Preparing Spaces, Creating Zones in different levels, Analyzing Heat and Cooling Load, creating an Air Flow Schedule.
•Designing Mechanical Air System: - Placing Hosted and Non Hosted Air Terminals, Creating supply Air Systems, Creating Duct Work manually and automatically.
•Make Schematic as per Revit model on Revit.
•Drafting of preliminary drawings, detail design drawings and Shop Drawings for HVAC Systems, Fire Fighting.
•Preparation of coordination Drawings, Sections, Schedule in Revit.
•Coordination with other engineering disciplines in all aspects during the execution of works.
•Mechanical Duct & Pipe Layout as per project specification and code.
•Electrical Cable Tray & Conduit Layout modeling.
•Fire Fighting service layout modeling
•BOQ of Duct, Pipe, Grille, Dampers, Valves & other accessories
Diploma in HVAC:
•Duct Designing by Equal Friction Method, Velocity Reduction Method, Static Regain Method.
•Ventilation Calculations for Kitchen, Toilets and Car Parking Areas.
•External Static Pressure (ESP) Calculation for Blower Selection.
•Duct Sizing by McQUAY Duct Sizer.
•CAREER PSYCHOMETRIC CHART ANALYSER.
•Calculate air flow and distribution in room.
