• Attend phone calls & coordinate the office.
• To prepare official offers/quotations to potential customers and subsequent follow ups.
• Prepare all payment vouchers as per procedures & batch together for processing into accounting system.
• Handle petty-cash petty cash to be counted and reconciled monthly.
• Collection on invoice.
• Update stock analyses and items we deal in.
• Prepare payment for bank deposit.
• Follow up for payment.
• Releasing payment to suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pre-sale and after sale services.
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery to customers and from suppliers.
• Establish import and export LC trough bank.
• Transaction processed daily into accounting system.
• Administrating and troubleshooting 2008 server.
• Giving training and instructions to workers related to ERP Application.
• Provide technical support via e-mail, phone etc.
• Responsible to install, set up, maintain network and also configure the peripherals, cabling and equipment accordingly as per the requirement.
• Responsible for maintain the Backup network, hardware, Software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies.
• Responsible for configure & troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook accounts.
• Responsible for the installation of software’s like antivirus and operating systems etc.
• CCTV Camera installs & configure.
Job responsibilities:
• Administrating and troubleshooting 2008 server.
• Responsible for ERP Software controlling and implementing.
• Giving training and instructions to workers related to ERP Application.
• Responsible to install, set up, maintain network and also configure the peripherals, cabling and equipment accordingly as per the requirement.
• Responsible for maintain the company strategy like designing, implementing and maintenance of enterprise network components.
• Responsible for maintain the Backup network, hardware, Software, files on a regular basis accordingly as per the company policies.
• Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements in needed.
• Responsible for configuring & troubleshooting Switch, Router, Network printers.
• Responsible for configure & troubleshooting Firewalls device.
• Responsible for configure & troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook accounts.
• Responsible for the installation of software’s like antivirus and operating systems etc.
• Responsible for maintaining the network & troubleshooting the network related issues.
• Responsible for troubleshooting internet issues.
• CCTV Camera installs & configure.
• Installation of network and configuration of networking devices Switch, Router, Network printer.
• Maintaining Microsoft windows Server installing & configuring Active Directory Services.
• Installation of software antivirus and operating systems.
• Provide onsite technical supports for systems and networking devices.
• Managing domain users in domain network.
• Bandwidth using management & access usage control, troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Data Backup and Recovery.
• Installing & Managing Exchange Server 2003.
