Also working as a Manager on Duty in departments i.e OPD, IPD, Emergency & TPA also.
Supervising billing executives.
Supervising TPA pre-auth & approvals receives on time.
Taking care of Management & Quality.
I am having a vast 1.5 years of total experience in Front Office department of Hospital.
I am handling Billing included all departments i.e, OPD, IPD, Emergency & TPA as well.
Also worked as a Manager on Duty. & Supervising the billing team/executives frequently.
Taking care of Quality & report it to higher authorities.
Overall taking care of hospital management.
