Cost Accountant & Receivable Accountant
• Analysing transactions and recording Journal entries
• Maintain General Ledger Accounts and assist in Tax preparation & filing activities
• Recording the cost of manufacturing and maintaining data relevant to operations
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations
• Monthly review of job cost activity ensuring consistent and proper coding
• Monitoring the payments of Vendors, custom duties and other expenses of the company and Reconcile with the bank statement
• Developing and maintaining accurate costing systems in relation to labour, production methods and material supply
• Determine and calculate formulas for fixed and variable costs, such as rent, insurance, and monthly purchases
• Ensure costs of services are accurate and up to date, reflect the latest practices; updating costs as required
• Posting International & Local GRN in General Ledger by calculating the landed cost to reflect the accurate profitability
• Making Inventory adjustments in the software by verifying and analysing the items physically.
• Monitoring the wastage of Goods and recording it in the system database and reporting the Auditors.
• Conduct Physical Inventories and monitor cycle count program
• Posting (Work in progress) WIP-Accounting of the projects
• Performing BANK RECONCILIATION-BRS weekly & Monthly and preparing the reports for both receivables and payables
• Posting CREDIT RECEIVABLE VOUCHERS for recording the receivables
• Preparing monthly Receivables Reports for updating the management
• Posting and Reversing the General Ledger Entries (G.L)
• Making Standing Instructions by transferring the Balance from Sub Bank Accounts -Main Bank Accounts
• Preparing the weekly receivables reports which consist the balance and clearance of invoices from the customers

• Preparing the cost for the new items of the company by calculating all the other expense and RM
• Managing the stock by comparing the physical inventory and current stock available
• Analysing all the transfers, receiving's and Wastage posted on time on the system by branches and warehouses.
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
• Analyse invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost
• Collaborate with department heads to strategic ways to minimize waste
• Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability
• Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
• Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
• Calculating bonus according to the profits achieved by the organization
• Approving new vendors and items after checking & comparing the cost
• Approving the new fixed assets of the company by verifying and checking the item physically
• Transferring fixed assets from one user to another user
• Calculating depreciation every year by using straight-line method and taking out the scrap value after selling the old machines
• Updating fixed assets every quarterly period by entering information in the database of the company
