KPG SYNERGY/SAPURA ACERGY (Double Joint Plant) Employed as a Client Coating Inspector on behalf of the Client (Sapura Acergy) Monitored the Contractors handling of the coated pipes prior to Field Joint Coating, Surface Preparation and Blasting, Coating Application and Handling to the stockpiles . Liaised with all parties for any issues arouse and prepared the Daily Production Report for Project Quality reference. Carried out the inspection during the production and randomly checked at the stockpiles for any quality issues.
