o Detail design and review of HVAC system including Heat load and mechanical calculation, equipment schedule of metro stations.
o Designing as per NFPA, ASHRAE, QCDD (Qatar civil defense department) and other standards.
o Detail design of chilled water air cooled chiller as well as district cooling system for stations.
o To do the selection of air conditioning equipment (Chillers, Pumps, AHU’s FCU’s Cooling Towers and ventilation fans)
o Designing of chilled water and condenser water piping, Air duct design & routing.
o Doing the air balancing of station areas including BOH areas.
o Review of the computational fluid dynamics reports. (CFD ).\
o Review of fire and life safety reports.
o Check the models on revit to coordinate all the services.
o Coordinate with BMS automation system for HVAC system and provide the technical inputs to them and prepared the mode table and functionality of dampers.
o Differentiate the system and zones as per different fire zones and provide the HVAC requirement accordingly.
o Prepared the design review report and submitted to client thru Aconex.
o Technical review of Vendor submittal & approval.
o Technical guidance and inputs to Designer for shop drawings.
o Co-ordination with other services for preparation of combined service drawings.
o Attending Interface Meetings with Client & Contractor.
o Co-ordination with site and field executives.
