Supervised and scheduling the installation of electrical equipment (hardware
and software) for new and old plant for wood based industry (MDF, PB, OSB).
• Managed group of technical installation team consisted of contractors and
customer to ensure the installations are executed as per engineering design.
• Positioning electrical peripherals such as local panel, switchgear cabinet, and
junction boxes, local disconnect according to electrical layout.
• Deciding type of cable (power, control and communication) subject to its
application which is used in the installation if there are any amendments needed.
• Deciding position of grounding bar, type of grounding cable and its installation
accessories and perform the measurement upon completing the installation.
• Hands on to troubleshoot and fix of hardwiring using the correct tools when
performing I O checks during pre-commissioning and full commissioning.
• Site management by generating proper technical weekly report regarding design
errors and non-conformance issues of equipment, parts and site’s situation.
• Worked together with Mechanical Engineering Department to ensure the
installation can be done in systematic way.
• Experienced in designing and modifying electrical grounding layout by using
Auto CAD.
• Able to work as a team that comprising international colleagues from Germany,
Republic Czech, India, China and etc.
• Supporting customer’s production.
• 90% travel internationally for projects execution with at least 3 months minimum
stay in jobsite, subject to sites’ situation.
