PMO for IRDA’s Project
- Ensure the delivery of programme management for the portfolio within projects scope.
- Assist in identification, rationalization, planning, monitoring and controlling until project completion.
- Assist project manager to plan and execute portfolio/programme methodology, assurance, alignment,
facilitation and monitoring strategies.
- Responsible to tracking and monitoring the project on an ongoing basis to ensure objectives and benefits
are delivered on time, within budget and business result are realized.
- Responsible to ensure that the project stakeholders receive timely and relevant information regarding
project performance for the assigned business area on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Facilitate project team in finding resolution of project issues and risks in the assigned business area as
well as manage issue and risk escalation via defined channels to ensure delivery of project.
- Temporarily stationed at site (if required) to monitor project closely
- Provide basic training on the Microsoft Project Software to IRDA’s staff
- Responsible to develop drone video footage for selected IRDA’s Project for video presentation
Benefit Realization Management
- Prepare baseline plan for Benefit Realization Management
- Prepare development outcome framework follows ICU JPM requirement
- Prepare Concept Paper, Management Paper and Terms of Reference to conduct Benefit/ Outcome
Evaluation Study for IRDA’s completed projects.
- Responsible to perform data entry, analysis, survey and studies for Benefit/Outcome evaluation Studies.
- Prepare Outcome Evaluation Paper/slide deck for Jawatankuasa Penilaian Outcome (JKPO), Jabatan
Perdana Menteri (JPM)
- Liaise with UKAS and ICU Bahagian Penilaian Outcome (BPO), JPM
