Project supervision, Work as a contractor and supervising engineer, Engaged in contracting with clients for small building construction.
Assist management of the area, including priorities and the sequence of work on the project.
Ensure project goals and objectives are integrated with the rest of the project.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Electrical engineer, Mechanical engineer and the construction team. May provide technical option and suggestion to speed up working activities.
Attend technical meeting with the management.
Coordinate with the contractors and suppliers. Shall submit an evaluation report basing from the daily progress report and personal assessment on the working condition and other official document.
Ensure that construction is in accordance with the plan and specification as specified in the ASTM, AISC, and Building code. Monitor safety working policy and procedure in the site. Ensure Environmental and health hazard is observed.
