Supporting line manager for policy guidelines, Instruct Employees, responding to any queries of policy, and notifying them while policy alignments.
Maintaining the employment master list including all the employee information. Ensure that accurately updating the employee information in the System from time to time.
Dealing with recruitment agencies in order to make a proper recruitment form overseas. Make an initial interview with candidates over the phone to get additional information as per instructed.
Support to HR Manager for creating training & Development plan and implementing within all subsidiaries of companies. Arrange, Assign the newly joint employee’s for work-related Training or testing and make sure they properly attending the training program, and Maintain Employee Training Records.
Provides support to HR Manager in handling employee grievances, dispute resolution activities (New and renewal company grade A certificates, Landscape, Electricity, Company classification, Qatar Chamber, Site clinic certificate, total manpower), and company legal documents (CR. Trade license, Computer card, Tax card.)
Taking all Kinds of Updates from Site Admins, camps boss, HSE department, and secretaries and reporting HRA manager. Observe and do the necessary arrangements in reporting the Accidents if any.
Follow up for priority items with relevant managers, and supervisors.
Coordinating with Payroll for leave, settlement, EOS, compensation, and employee benefits and deductions.
Checking Biomatrix and preparing timesheet for Head Office Staff accordingly.
• Letters Correspondence: Processing/ requesting all kinds of letters, Memos (NOC all types, salary certificates, experience, and employment certificates, leave applications, resignations, terminations, and compiling and updating employee Data Based and records. Increment letters, undertaking letters, etc. accordingly.
• Appraisal: Sending and following up appraisals and preparing confirmations/promotions/ increments, based on the evaluation/performance. Keeping and monitoring the records as well.
• Training: Providing/requesting training for the employees based on the requirements, keeping and monitoring the training records, and following up with the concerned supervisor for training evaluation.
• Engineering registration: Appling/assisting the employees for UPDA and QCDD license new, renewal, upgrade and change sponsor.
• Diesel Supply: Preparing documents and coordinating with Waqod for the diesel tank and LV tanker for the new and shifting tank for our new and existing projects.
