Work on headless CMS (Drupal)for backend and react as front end .
I used to design UI using Bootstrap framework and also make it functional using javascript
also had experience with reactjs for developing fully functional front end .
Had experience with node and nom package manager.
Also can create API's in node js.
Also had experience with MERN Stack.
I was taking care of the tickets raised by the clients for their respective issues.
➢ I was assigned to distribute the tickets to the concerned team member as per their roles.
➢ I was handling social media and nodal escalations.
➢ Used to create team’s MIS reports and on daily basis as well.
➢ Used to provide approval for the cashback related to cashback queries.
➢ Used to discuss the campaign with the campaign owners and brief the same to the team to handle
the queries.
➢ Used to take close review from the team on weekly and monthly basis to crack their challenges.
➢ Sharing the challenges of the team with the higher management.
➢ Ensuring the maximum output from the team as per the management requirement.
➢ Analysis and reviewing the queries for their best suitable resolutions.
