Responsibilities
• System monitoring, verify integrity & availability of hardware, Server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Installing and managing Business ERP IDS Version 6i.and provide department level privileges in IDS 6i Fortune ERP.
• Communicating with IDS Support & delivery results as per requests.
• Managing and troubleshooting of IP Network cameras
• Configuring NVR adding network camera's
• Configuration of VPN networks in Cisco Routers
• Configuration outlook and troubleshooting mail issues.
• Configuration of network printers
• Managing VPN Networks and troubleshooting of network issues
• Managing WSUS/DNS/DHCP/WDS/REMOTE App Server Services.
• Managing and troubleshooting of Guest wireless network, through 24 online Gateway &4ipnet controller
• Providing advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment
