Prepare daily reports of work progress and manpower utilization.
Prepare weekly reports of total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded diameter inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
• Monitoring and executing various erection, pre-commissioning and fabrication projects of pipe spools as per ISO and P & I Drawings with respect to time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Liaising with various site departments, clients, consultants and material with Planning Engineers.
• Attending daily project progress & safety meetings.
• Monitoring actual site progress & preparations of weekly, monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring quality control procedures & standards implementation.
• Preparation of Method statement & Rigging Plan.
• Certifying interim and final valuation.
• Anchoring on-site erection & fabrication of above ground & underground pipe lines, plant piping, F.R.V., ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Handling Overall responsibility for fabrication and field erection work at project site.
• Responsible for Material arrangement as per site requirement.
• Deployment of Supervision/Manpower and resources requirement for the completion of job within the times.
• Prepare daily progress report and forward to planning department.
• Find out Hazards in the work place and assist the risk involved in that.
• Prepare next day planning for fabrication, Erection and Mechanical Clearance work.
DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
