➢ Executing and supervising all construction activities including earthwork, formwork, steel works, water proofing and concreting activities and assuring the practices comply with the desired plan and design.
➢ Coordinating between structural and architectural drawings and communicating with project stakeholders (Client, Consultants etc).
➢ Planning with construction manager the goals to be achieved and scheming the scope to do per day.
➢ Conducting follow up meeting with engineer’s from the consultants to report the project progress and assurance of abiding the quality standards during the construction and to attain certain approvals.
➢ Establishing site methods, identifying and arranging on-site resources to be used.
➢ Preparation of site procedures and quality control.
➢ Interpreting complex engineering design documents, specifications and drawings.
➢ Preparing and forwarding work inspection requests to consultants.
➢ Monitoring and maintaining the daily and monthly progress reports, daily analysis report and present it to Project director.
➢ Inspection of steel and formwork before pouring of any structural element and insuring the preparation of concrete as per specified mix design.
➢ Study of drawings, BOQ and specifications and ensuring the implementation of construction activities accordingly.
Projects involved - Residential Flats G+3
➢ Actively involved in construction & planning.
➢ Preparation of drawings, reports & other specifications.
➢ Coordination and liaison with all departments for input required.
➢ Manage external relationships with clients and consultants.
➢ Oversee and monitor execution of project activities while ensuring quality.
➢ Ensure proper maintenance and recording of all project documents.
➢ Coordination of sub contractor for daily works.
➢ Compile daily site diaries for all site activities.
➢ Coordinate with Project Manager for maintaining site progress in accordance with project program works.
➢ Ensure health and safety of works is complied with.
➢ Conduct quality inspections & enforce safety and security requirements.
➢ Site Supervision and Inspection of Field Engineering / Labour Supervision.
