•Prepare complete load analysis for the new facilities.
•Propose an air distribution system and air balancing.
•Complete design for the HVAC load calculations, air distribution layout drafting, air flow diagrams, and equipment schedule using latest applicable Standards, Codes and Specifications.
•Material Take off (M.T.O) and prepare Design Base Report (DBR).
•Heat load calculation using CHVAC ELITE.
•Equipment selection as per loads by manually and Software selection.

RC: Royal Commission Standards (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
ASHRAE: American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Engineers
IMC: International Mechanical Code
SMACNA: Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National
ANSI: American National Standard Institute
NFPA : National Fire Protection Association
1)Duties primarily include, Detail design engineering of HVAC system viz., Heat-Load calculation, selection of equipment, duct & pipe routing, preparation of shop drawings & specifications. Other duties are as stated below in detail.
2)Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE Codes.
3) Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork Following SMACNA 2, DW 144 codes.
4)Chilled water pipe design and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps
4) Site supervision of all Air conditioning works.
