• Ventilation Duct calculation and sizing using McQuay duct sizer and Ductulator.
• Designing stair case pressurization system.
• Reviewing and Approving the Fire Safety Designs from Consultants.
• Taking As-built fire safety drawings from the site and editing the Design with respect to Codes and Approving by Civil Defense.
• Coordination and support the activities with design team.
• Assist junior engineers to achieve high quality of design.
• Preparation of Design reports.

• Reviewing of MEP Drawings, Architectural Drawings and Specifications.
• Verifying Shop Drawings with Design Drawings.
• Coordinating Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting) with all other related teams. e.g, civil, Electrical, rail and structure.
• Coordinating the daily activities of project staff, construction trades and subcontractors, and taking corrective action to keep the project on time.
• Following up the materials submittal approval status for all selected equipment’s.
• Executing and follow up the construction of mechanical works to be sure that the Execution comply with the approved shop drawings, owner requirements and international relevant standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the company health and safety training and reporting requirements.
• Carry out all the preparations and procedures for the project's handing over process.
• Coordinating between design office work and site work according to the priority and schedules.

• Preliminary planning based on Architectural drawings.
• Heat Load Calculations, Heat Loss Calculations using ASHRAE Standards with proficiency software such as HAP and E-20.
• Air Distribution System (Duct Designing) by Velocity Reduction Method, Equal Friction Method and Static Regain Method following SMACNA Standards.
• Air Duct calculation and sizing using McQuay duct sizer.
• Air Terminal selection using BETA performance data program.
• Head Loss calculation for Primary & Secondary Pump system.
• Chilled water pipe Designing using McQuay pipe sizer.
• Chilled water pipe sizing using ASHRAE Methods.
• Cooling tower selection.
• Exhaust fan and Blower selection.
• Toilet & Kitchen Ventilation system Designing.
• Car Parking ventilation and Fresh air system Designing.
• Stairwell Pressurization system Designing.
• Preparation of HVAC Shop & Design Drawing.
• Coordinating the shop drawing with other trades.
