 Responsible for Aircel (GSM & WCDMA) Network Optimization in Bellary cluster.
 Optimization of Network for voice and data by conducting regular drive tests and Analysis.
 Regular analysis and maintenance of network’s Key Performance Indicators such as RF Failure rate, Drop call and HO failures, TCH RF Loss Rate, and SDCCH RF Loss Rate etc.
 To perform various Drive Test including Single site verification, Cluster drives, Optimization drives to check network performance during continuous and discontinuous voice and data calls.
 Performing Cluster drive to check the coverage holes, handover problem and site overshooting.
 Responsible for doing new site drive, physical optimization for new site concerned with KPI and traffic.
 Deciding the antenna azimuths and mechanical, electrical Tilt for better coverage and quality.
 Checking the handover performance between cells (incoming/ outgoing HO).
 Doing Drive Test and analysis for special customer complaints and make report along with the suggestions to overcome bad quality, Events (call drop etc).
 Optimizing and Analyzing UMTS Drive Test was carried out in dedicated modes like Video Call and Voice Call both with UE and Scanner.
 Analyzing UMTS Stationary Test Conducted on AMR 12.2, Video phone, PDP Context Activation and Multi RAB for each sector.
 Observed parameters like RSCP and Ec/Io
