- Responsible for advanced level technical support related to Network devices (Routers / Switches) and Security devices (Firewalls / IPS's .. etc.).
- Responsible for onsite and remotely, in the installation, operation, and optimization of communication equipment.
- Responsible for supporting network environments in a multi-platform, protocol and operating system environment.
- Network Switches, Routers, and Firewalls knowledge, configuration and support experience.
- Diagnose network connectivity status between IP nodes such as routers, servers, clients, etc.;
- Monitoring network links for error and utilization rates, installing and managing routers and switches.
- Firewall functionality and operational support knowledge.
- Knowledge of high performance networking architecture protocols such as (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VPN, STP, VTP, .. etc.);
- Multi-site datacenter management (Main / DR).
- Exposure to different networking technologies, understanding and knowledge of networks within the different deployment topologies and service models.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders and constituents to resolve problems or develop alternative problem resolutions related to complex network issues.
- Collaborate in department and division strategic planning meetings.

I am working on Customer Projects Solutions and I have the control on some of the biggest customers network in the company, I am doing the needed documents such as ( Technical Write-up, the low level design, the high level design and as well as the BOQ).
I have the leading of some of our departments employees such as the implementation team, NOC Team, and Procurement team.
- Working on the Network Infrastructure and Configuration.
- Working on the Customer Network Diagrams and Integration.
- Monitoring the Data Center Infrastructure using professional tools.
- Upgrading my self with the company trainings as per the company policy.

- Using profissional tools to monitor and manage our DC's.
- Integrated L3&, L2 Devices using routing and switching methods with the VSAT Connectivity on multi series like: (7200 VXR, 6500, 3800, 3700, 3500, 2900, 1800, 800 Series)
- Implanting and verify and troubleshooting Several Kinds of Network Protocols.
- Working on the special projects (implements new systems and try to integrate it with the existing setup).
- Design the Network Diagram with the Network and Field Needs including: (IP schemas, Devices Hierarchy infrastructure, ACL, ASA zoon’s, forward & receive ports, Protocols … ETC.)
- Configure and integrate the ASA Firewall with the customer specs like Redundancy (Active Active Failover “Context”), also creating the zoon’s (DMZ zoon, LAN zoon, WAN zoon, Management zoon).
- Day to day management of all network infrastructure and service provision components.
- Converged Network Requirements of various network and networked applications within the Cisco network architectures and Troubleshoot network problems
- Fault Management and Monitor, handle and resolve faults that may occur in the network elements, (Switches, Routers, ASA’s) through using Engineering tools (SolarWinds MS tools) to ensure maximum network and service availability and.
- Coordinating and follow up with the consider department, company, or customer to get the job complete.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot VMWare (VCenter 4.1) Servers including creation of virtual servers and users and conversion from physical to virtual, and managing the virtual engine (deploy, maintain, and get the reports from the managing services software (SolarWinds)).
- Design and Implement the network diagrams in the customer field.
- Coordinate between PMGT and NOC departments for the technical issues.
- Making some network auditing in the customer field.
