Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off for architectural & structural works for tender projects.
• Preparing BOQ for design & build projects.
• Verification & checking of BOQ & variation with Tender drawings.
• Preparation of subcontractor packages/RFQs and issue the same for quote.
• Gathering all quantities, BOQ, Specifications, and drawings for materials and for RFQ.
• Preparation of RFI related to drawings, BOQ & specification & technical.
• Preparing Technical & Commercial proposal as per RFP requirements before the deadline.
• attending pretender meetings, site visit with clients & consultant for clarification before Tender submission.
• Coordination with Mechanical & Electrical team regarding Costing of Tender BOQ.

 Regularly visiting sites to verify the work done, Coordinating with AGM, PM, QS & Planning team regarding requirements, Vendors issues, Material issues etc.

 Preparation of Tender & Contract Documents, Work Orders, Letter of Acceptance for various types of work.
 Preparation & Verification of Variation as per site conditions and prepares Amendment for the Tender, Work orders.

 Tracking with Budget after issuing of Work Orders & after every certified RA Bills.
 Tracking of Materials with abstract sheet & amount in master budget after issuing Purchase Order.
 Ensuring the project is complying with both cost and work plan.
 Checking and Verification of PRW bills, NMR bills, Hire Machineries and maintenance Bills.
 Checking & Maintains Joint Measurement Sheet (JMS) with site engineers & in charges.
 Preparing RA Bills, Abstract sheets & Payment Certificates of Contractors, & Sub-Contractors Bills.
 Getting quotations from vendors for various types of work.
 Checking and Verification of Material Requisition Indents & Brand and specifications related to pre-procurement activities.
 Preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) to facilitate the release of PO (Purchase Order).
 Getting approval from management for the Material Brands & Models etc.
 Verification of DPR & DMR and Debit Notes.

• Taking off Shuttering & Concreting quantities.
• Preparation of Bar-Bending Schedule.
• Maintaining of Joint Measurement Sheets along with site in charges.
• Preparation of Monthly Sub-contractor Bills for block work & Shuttering Works.
• Preparation of monthly NMR Bills/PRW Bill/Hire Machineries & Maintenance Bills.
• Preparing monthly & Weekly RFI as per team queries.
• Preparation of monthly material indents.

 Calculation of quantities as per Indian Standard codes.
 Maintaining of Joint Measurement Sheets for billing.
 Preparation for Monthly Bills.
 Raise purchase requisition for all BOQ materials.
 Preparation and submission of DPR, DLR & DMR.
 Preparation and submission of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
 Maintaining proper documentations checklist, pour card etc.
 Attending Regular meetings with client & Sub-contractors.
 Preparation of Gant chart.
 Preparation of Reconciliation statement for materials.
