● Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
● Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
● Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Managing the area of 3038sqmt and leading with 35 staffs including sales associate’s
supervisors & sm.
● Taking care of all the key responsibilities.
● Managing, Staffing, Directing, Controlling and Supervising to 30 to 35 employees.
● Assigning tasks, conducting meetings.
● Ensure achievement of sales targets which have been set for the store through a well develop a
motivated, committed and high performing store team keeping cultural sensitivity in mind.
● Enhance sales through identification and analysis of trends as per footfall, conversion
rates/ratio, bill value ATV, ASP, ABS, MTD etc.
● Assisting with daily store opening and closing procedures.
● Monitoring to all cashiers.
● Trains new cashiers and cash supervisors.
● Trains and motivates cashiers to provide excellent customer service to guests according to
company policy and maintain customer relationship management (CRM)
● Launching, promoting & marketing of new product.
● Provide excellent customer service resolve inquiries and issues with customers.
● Understand local customer needs and ensure this is delivered through right merchandize mix
and service at the store.
● Maintaining store inventory, creating DO, receiving shipment,
● Maintained awareness of all promotions, advertisements and new product samples.
OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
● Recording all cash inflow activities daily.
● Computing and recording totals of transactions on a daily basis and recording data.
● Calculated total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
● Book keeping of all cash transactions and expenditure.
● Prepare Vouchers, Bills, Data entry.
● Handling all in out mails.
● Daily sales reporting to Head office weekly and monthly reporting.
● Daily centralizing sales reports of all KSA stores.
● Prepare all petty cash transaction. Accountability for cash distribution.
● Organize paper work count money for the entire day, combine for bank deposit.
● Daily updating all registers.
