- Acted as an account Manager.
- The only service manager in KSA looking after the service agreement delivery, includes SLAs and the KPIs within the green level.
- Telecom Product and Service development, from inception to live.

- Main responsibilities were to review and analyze the telecommunications infrastcurte design, which includes GSM, TETRA, Wi-Fi, in-bound optical fiber, telecom service supply through FTTx platform for 560 tenant, in-building copper.
- GSM/IBS network’s project management implementation for two MNO’s.
- In-Building FTTx network design and implementation supervision.
- 380+ AP, Wi-Fi design review for passive/active and supervision.
- Project management for the ISP inbound fiber optics, for the passive civil infrastructure.
- Built new DC in KSA - Jeddah for the MVNO (Racking design, Air flow, Cabling path and Power distribution).
- Deployment of the core MVNE network components - STP, HLR, DRE, VMWARE Servers and the network passive and active components.
- Managing and implementing the change requests on 10m subscriber network.
- Implementing the upgrades for the core switches/servers.
- Installed DC UPSs and PDUs.
- Managing the passive infrastructure - Copper and Fiber.
- Built the MPLS Network on Air - Wireless. Was the only engineer at the company and thus handled more than 90% of the wireless network. Managing over 80 links from licensed and free bands.
- Managed the NMS - Solarwinds System for the overall network.
- Installed the last mile links to the enterprise customers.
- Installed the core links.
- Setup the work flow/process for the wireless from LOS to the handover.
- Presales design for all the wireless requirements.
- TRA negotiation for the wireless links frequencies add, remove or reallocate.
- Designing the customer’s network topologies.
- Scheduling the planned outages for maintenance.
- Core capacity planner.
- Managing the outsourced teams for the wireless installations.
