• EPC Project: Abu Dhabi Co for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), with our Main Contractor PETROFAC Ltd. My key role performance was QA/QC (Civil), monitoring execution of substructure and superstructure in compliance with project specification.
• Familiar with all sites QC tests on soils, aggregate, admixtures, concrete, asphalt, and water as per specification. Witness trial mix in order to prepare new mix design
• Witness all site tests on Earthwork, Asphalt, Pile Foundation, and Concrete.
Perform a variety of engineering tasks with technical supervision/inspection,
review construction drawing as per client specification. Focus on approval of all
quality documents.
* Quality and document management - Establish the Project Quality Plan and Audit
schedule and document numbering system for maintaining the quality work at site
office.
* Observe client ITB, project specification & safety procedures followed by the
contractor and issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.
It was an EPC project for GAS expansion plant (ASU) at SABIC.
* Execution and supervision of SABIC, GAS phase III: 115 kV GIS Main Substation,
for National Industrial Gas Company (NIGC)
* Involved in the Method Statement, ITP, QCPs as per client requirement and
material technical submittal according to approved vendor list from client. Making
order for various items used in construction. Co-ordinate and maintain all program
objective and procurement process of all the materials delivered up to sites.
* Site supervision, schedule, and inspect general formwork, steel rebar and various
joints, water stops in construction. Application of various waterproofing
polyethylene sheets, roof insulation, and membranes
* Preparation of shop drawing samples and providing technical support in drawing.
* Worked for quality finishing, and Architectural works, including all civil material
approval.
