Job Responsibilities in Aegis:

Payroll processing

•Employee Number Creation through BDC format on SAP.
•Updating Employee’s Personal details, Bank Details, Cost centre Salary details etc. on SAP.
•Updating all payroll inputs and other details on SAP
•Generate and maintain employee payroll as well as benefits information in the payroll system
•End to End Payroll processing/controlling to give inputs to payroll and ensure payouts are within specified time frame through MS Excel.
•Knowledge of LSMW in SAP.
•Reconcile and confirm the accuracy of the payroll data
•Research and resolve payroll differences and errors to ensure accuracy
•Process and issue salary through manual payroll checks
•Respond to payroll processing enquiries
•Review, analyze, check and correct payroll records
•Assist with auditing of various payroll data entry (deductions, timesheets).
•Arranging the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
•Calculating payroll from timesheets and general payroll administration.
•Providing training & support to new employees and more junior members of the team.
•Attach new employees to the computerized pay system.
•Processing expenses and overtime claims.
•Undertaking calculations relating to payroll queries, overpayment
•Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused payroll department.
•Ability to do manual calculations as well as being competent with payroll systems.
•Oversee and manage payroll procedures for employees based on part time and full time basis
•Good analytical skills
•Received salary inputs from various sources and process accordingly.
•F&F processing of Attried employees
•Ensuring correct payroll without errors.
•Providing Salary Slip to the employee’s.
•Payroll MIS and Dashboard
•Coordinating with the various banks to avoid any salary rejection etc.
•Form 16 distribution with the help of corporate team.
•Maintaining pay data.
•Labour Compliances- ensuring compliance with the help of compliance specialist.
•Ensuring employee queries related to payroll are satisfactorily closed

MIS Working

•Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
•Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
•Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report Creating in MS-Excel through in depth analysis and producing the actionable information.
•Generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management.
•Managing incoming volume and make it sure to complete it by end of day.
•Maintain the attendance record of the employees.
•Sap Code generation

•Working on Employees Bank Account
•Data Analysis via statistical Tools

1-Talent Management/Acquisition
•Handling end to end recruitment
•Develop strategies and plans to recruit against the open positions across all levels.
•Primary responsibility is to source profiles through job portals, referrals, internal database and other resources such as consultants etc.
•Utilize creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify best candidates for open positions.
•Initiate contact with target candidates and develop relationships.
•1st level screening to determine eligibility, fitment to role, responsibilities and availability of the potential candidates.
•Short listing of screened resumes.
•Scheduling telephonic, video conferencing & in-house interviews with candidates.
•Conduct HR Interview and screen potential candidates on different parameters.
•Negotiating and Extending offers to the candidates.

•Acquisition: Sourcing resumes, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates.
2-Joining Formalities:
•Verifying educational documents & KYCs.
•Making candidates fill personal detail form and other statutory compliance forms.
•Issuing Trainee Offer Letter.
•Maintaining their personal files ensuring availability all essential documents.
•Creating their employee IDs.
•Sending requisition of official Mail IDs.

3-Induction, Orientation, and Onboarding:
•A brief introduction of the organization and its culture.
•Letting the new recruits know about the employment benefits.
•Imparting DMS Training to new recruits.
•Imparting product, process & policy training.
•Deploying them for a practical exposure in consultation with the respective department.
•Providing feedback on performance.



4-Employee Development & Training:
•Imparting soft skill trainings to our employees.
•Delivering trainings on new policies and policy updates to keep them abreast.
•Providing them skill development trainings.
•Creating awareness about employee benefits from schemes such as PF, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance etc.

5-Employee Engagement & Recreational Activities:
•Releasing monthly HR calendar to showcase monthly events and activities.
•Conducting Reward and Recognition activity.
•Conducting birthday & Anniversary celebrations.
•Celebrating Fests such as Holi, Diwali, etc.
•Celebrating National & International Events such as Woman’s Day, World No Tobacco Day, and World Environment Day Etc.
•Other recreational activities such as quiz competition, essay competition.

6-Employee Grievance Handling:
•Receiving issues from employees and getting them resolved.
•Resolving employee grievances.
