Management of schedules, budgets, contracts, invoices, processes.
Develop & maintain a relationship with all contractors and vendors ensuring efficient facility operations.
Work with Business Manager to manage annual facility budget
Ensure on a day-to-day basis, that management policy and philosophy are practiced in accordance with Company’s standards.
Mobilize & controlling of manpower, equipment and materials at site. Ensure condition of all equipment and if require make necessary preventive maintenance.
Validating, analyzing and explaining results and operating data.
Develop/modify policies, generate forms, format gate pass, set targets and set KPI.
Keep minimum/zero down time in essential utilities, communications, electrical network & other infrastructure.
Provided adequate inventory control preservation methods and safety aids.
Perform daily report for material issuances and stock management.
Provide training for staff to evaluate their progress & performance periodically & ensure that they are working in the most practical, skillful and safe manner.
Continuously review key performance indicators (KPI's), best practice, and review benchmarks and perform employee appraisal
Successfully completed training on Automation & Control of HVAC units using PLC's and SCADA at the Central Utilities Services Complex (CUSC) of King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Important courses include Microwave Engineering, Fiber Optics, Economics,Network Theory, Telecom Engineering Fundamentals, and Electrical Engineering.
