As a Office Secretary,
 I Worked on variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
 Booking rooms and conference facilities.
 Receiving and sending documents, which includes Shop Drawings, Prequalification Submittals, Technical Submittals, letters from Client, Consultant, Subcontractor’s, Supplier’s & site team.
 Maintaining register for incoming & outgoing documents with received copies from Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Supplier & site team.
 Maintaining proper filing of Client, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Site Teams, LPO’s, Material Request & Miscellaneous types of Documents.
 Using of content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
 Managing and maintaining budgets as well as invoicing.
 Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
 Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
 Obtains clarification of policies and procedures for Staff.
 Coordinate for training arrangements with Managers and Staff (internal and external).
 Composes drafts and completes non-technical correspondence from oral and/ or written Instruction.
 Arranges meetings, schedules locations, coordinates time with listed attendees, and arranges refreshments and equipment as needed.

As a Document Controller,
 Gathering information for implementing the new project
 Collecting inputs from clients.
 Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details.
 Explaining the Project Plan to internal execution team.
 Describing all possible document flow structure in the software application.
 Submission of documents and creating Transmittal through Document Controlling system.
 Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.
 Notifying the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents.
 Manual follow up with the client’s internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents.
 Export of As-Built files in the customer required format.
 Sign-off from the customers with clear specifications of retention of Archives.
 Class certification and planning maintenance system.
 Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient. Management and recording of technical documentations.
 Develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents that must be controlled and kept for audit/internal requirements and Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information.
 Provide full admin support to the team.
 Undertake any other ad hoc projects/ duties assigned.
