Engineer Establishment for Trade and Maintenance

Due to having excellent experience in maintenance and installations of machines in mentioned below companies, and to the need to such type of service in my living area I established my business in supplying neighbourhood companies and workshops with mechanical and electrical equipment and parts also carrying out installations and maintenance works.
Main Responsibilities:

• Dealing with suppliers and clients.

Maintenance Manager
•Performing and maintaining department system including policies, procedures and forms.
•Estimating, staying within, and working in reducing department budget.
•Providing, optimizing all resources; man power, tools, spares…etc to the department.
•keeping production process at best level by reducing maintenance cost/time to minimum.
•Supporting, guiding, leading and supervising directly/ indirectly maintenance stuff.
Achievements
1.During project phase, for both production lines; performed electrical installations; incoming and inter connections. job was done under the full responsibility using minimum resources with lowest cost without any presence, guidance or supervising by machines suppliers.
2.Before having utility power from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), successfully handled the full responsibility of powering whole company by electric generators for around 1 year in spite of opposing machines suppliers.
3.Running the department with minimum resources especially man power and covering vacant positions considering company situation after finishing project phase.
4.Running the department without any type of service contract whether with machines manufacturers nor utility machines suppliers.
•Responsible for the entire maintenance function in the department including but not limited planning, cost control, breakdowns, maintenance programs, fixing failures, having backups of controllers, PLC and HMI, dealing with other departments and top management...etc.
•Ordering spare parts
•Preparing daily and monthly reports and KPIs
Achievements
1.Reducing down time due to electrical failures to minimum while it was very high before handling department responsibility.
2.Fixing wire drawing/twisting line technical problems and putting in operation while before handling department responsibility was not in efficient production manner and its manufacturer was denying responsibility.
3.Modifying metalizing machine control system to run continuously and efficiently.
•As automation engineer was responsible about all control Systems of temperature, Pressure, speed, chilling, cooling, heating, Fire alarm...etc in all aspects i.e. maintaining, fixing failures, keeping spare parts...etc.
•Responsible about Programmaple logic controllers and HMI systems in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, upgrading and ordering spares.
•Beside mentioned above on 2005 handled all electrical department responsibility in administrative, engineering and technical levels.
Achievements
1.Handling the full responsibility of installation recycling machine with all requirements on 2003.
2.Handling the full responsibility of providing and performing all electrical works required for up-grading production line 2 which saved a lot of cost if done by line manufacturer or local contractors on 2005
3.Handling the responsibility of replacing line 3 winder with another one including all on 2006.
•I was responsible about the maintenance department from all technical and engineering sides though my title was maintenance engineer.
Achievements
1.Finding the cause of blowing motor speed controllers (more than 12 damaged) which couldn’t be found during the previous engineer period.
2.Reducing winder down time from 1 week to minutes or few hours at max.
3.Handling the electrical installations of Heat Set production line.
•Carrying out production plan, including raw material, Setting process and team supervising
•Filling production records and writing related reports
I had completed 159 hours in 4.5 years with 72 GPA.
