**Planning of batching as per production plan while ensuring the availability of Raw material. **Coordination with quality and SCM team for on time FG delivery. **Handling of Precious metal like Rhodium, Platinum and Palladium while taking care of its safe handling. **Minimizing the Downtime while using lean manufacturing tools. **Aware of RCA, 5why, JIT, 8D report, handling global and internal audit, MOC.
Data collection via primary or secondary research as per the project requirements. *Coordination with the business development team to understand the client requirements and delivery. *Data representation, Report preparation as per current industrial requirement. *Buyer and supplier report for domestic as well as international. *Cost analysis for the industrial part to determine the ROI and other factors. *Project flow and team coordination to deliver the report. *Database management for the buyer and supplier report to reduce the project time. *Six Sigma approch to optimise the project delivery and accuracy of the data. *Solving Client queries after projects delivery and client requirements.
Multiple batch processing as per Daily Production Plan as per SOP, maintain daily Batch records and provides process improvements in Production area. • Ensuring the consumed raw material Quantity and Quality as per batch requirement which deliver quality product with optimum time consumption and reduce rework cost, Batch time. • Handling team of 5 people and assign daily job to them as per their working abilities. Identifying training need & consult with management to the training for new/existing employees as & when required to improve their skills. • Improvement using Tools like 5S, KAIZEN, FMEA, SPC and TPM which enhance Safety, Quality, Yield and Efficiency in the plant. • Report & coordination with the Maintenance department for trouble shooting & Preventive Maintenance. • MIS reporting & updating work instruction that improve the quality Production and working environment at workplace/ factory.
