Presently working as IT Service Specialist /Supervisor in Saudi Snacks Food Company Ltd (PepsiCo) supporting 300 plus users and had also worked in other provinces of PepsiCo (Riyadh, Dammam) for the past three years supporting more than 400 users.
Client Side:
 Installation and Maintenance of Windows 7 & 8 and MS-Office 2003/2007/2010/2013.
 Installation of all new hardware and software for networks, PC’s and laptops according to the department with in the policy of company.

Task & Achievements :
 Promoted twice from L1 (Desktop Support) to L3 (IT Specialist/Supervisor).
 Successfully implemented installation and upgrading of two servers for Colos application (used for printing of barcodes on packets and pallets).
 Successfully migrated all the PC’s and laptops from XP to Windows 7, MS office 2010 SP2 along Microsoft Lync 2010 for all Eighteen locations.
 Successfully cleared the java (J-Initiator) issue of Sales & Distribution Application which the users where facing since one year.
 Dealing with Vendors for installation of Network (Cat-6 & Fiber optic) and telephone and successfully implemented cabling and network in TEN new Locations of PepsiCo.
 Performed 100% inventory for PCs, Laptops, printers and scanners for all 18 locations.
 Implemented Xerox Printers in order to reduce printers and scanners in Lays Plant.
